Each new floor comes with unique residences and/or offices that naturally has a variety of different needs. As the network operator, you are tasked to provide connectivity and various IT related services to the residents in the tower on a limited budget.

Additionally, some of your clients have service level agreements (SLA) and you must ensure their internet connection (and the services they need) stays up.
