She’s a retired journalist and tea enthusiast, as she prepares for her best friend’s long-awaited visit. Listen to customers’ stories, brew tea, and craft wholehearted poems. In a quiet English town, Ms. Meadows runs a cozy tea boutique. Once an accomplished journalist, she used her modest savings to open the shop. With no family and a few customers, Ms. Meadows fills her days listening to the stories of those willing to share in Sips and Sonnets.

Each night , inspired by her encounters at the tea shop, Ms. Meadows writes her latest poem, after the nurse arrives to administer her medication. Inspired by our personal experiences with local tea shops across the United Kingdom, as well as countless wholesome interactions with kind and wise role models in our lives, this heartfelt visual novel tells a side less told, of a life well lived, and a youth come and gone.
