PSYCRON is an Action , Adventure , and Platformer game for PC published by Mothware in 2021. Very small and simple, but such a nice Metroidvania!

PSYCRON PC Game 2021 review:

The action and movement are superb, and the skillset was rather unique, particularly the dash upgrade, probably my favorite one. The music is also great, with a blend of genres to add some life to the decrepit atmosphere.
