Push your voice to the limit and make it to the end! Mysterious deaths kept happening, and then suddenly, a suburban hospital shut down. As a journalist, you step into the abandoned hospital to uncover the truth in MustScream. Scattered throughout the hospital are 10 medical records. Collect them and find your way out. But there’s one problem… You’re a total coward.

The only way to run is to scream—and push yourself forward. Shout your way to the finish! Scream into your mic to run. Running away from enemies by actually screaming makes the experience even more immersive. (You can play without a mic, but you won’t be able to run, making the game much harder.) (Normal movement is done with WASD.)

Features of MustScream:

  • Play with up to 4 players! Scream together with your friends.
  • Talk to your friends while playing. If you hear a scream in the distance… run for your life!
  • Enemies react to sound. If they hear your voice or noises you make, they may come toward you. If you make a noise, it’s best to get away from that spot immediately.
  • Bring a healing item to your fallen friend and help them recover.
